The Weekly Times reports that Chinese employers are paying 25 times less for workers ($A.0.56/hr) than Australian employers. Chile farmers pay their workers $A2.32/hr and South Africa workers are paid $A1.34/hr. Argentine growers pay their workers $A2.97/hr. Australian farmers pay a minimum of $A13.90/hr.

I understand that we must increase the Carbon of the Soils on my farm to above 3%. I find riding in Wood chips from more than 100km away to expensive, does any one have any other ideas of how I can get organic material incorporated into the soils, that is cost effective. Peter Dall.
